| PowerMaster SGI Slide Gate Operators or Openers Supply Model SGI Slide Gate Operator, as recommended for cantilever, rolling, or overhead sliding gates. Operator to have oilbath type, worm gear reducer. Final reduction and drive chain to be #50 or larger roller chain. Output shafts minimum 1" diameter, supported by sealed roller bearings. Provide adjustable torque limiting clutch and solenoid operated brake. Mechanical disconnect by means of lockable handle to follow manual operation. Adjustable limit switches of the positive chain driven type. removable without affecting limit switch settings. The motor controller shall be a full voltage, mechanically interlocked interlocked, across-the-line, reversing contactor. The Control circuit shall be 24 VAC with pre-wired terminal strips for field connections. Control circuit will provide for 3 button stations, radio controls, loop detectors, obstruction sensing devices. The control circuit will also provide for open override, 1.5 second delay on reversing and have provisions for automatic closing timer and timer defeat switch. An on/off switch will be provided to disconnect power at electrical enclosure. Slide gate operators will be adaptable to master/slave operation without any additional components. Right hand mounting is standard, field convertible to left hand mounting. Operator shall be assembled in a primed and painted 10 gauge weatherproof enclosure for mounting on concrete pad.
