1-channel 12-24V Gate Receiver Model Number: 109950
The two receivers can operate from 12-30 volts AC or 10.5-30 volts DC and are normally powered from the gate operator. Their relay contact(s) are
rated at 30 VAC/DC up to 5 Amps.
The two receivers both support transmitters that use the Multi-Code format (300 MHz), as well as the Stanley compatible (310 MHz) format. Both
formats support 1,024 system codes for the MCS109950 and 512 system codes for the MC302850 (system codes are easy to set via dip switches).
The MCS109950 has a single relay and replaces three different Multi-Code gate receivers, the MCS109930, the MCS109940, and the MCS109931. It is
designed for use with automatic gate operators or systems where a remote antenna is needed

Wiegand Output Receiver Model Number: WOR
Model WOR Wiegand Output Receiver is designed for use as an access control interface for Linear's block coded digital transmitters. The unit
receives signals from transmitters, adds a facility code to the data, and sends the information to the Wiegand input of the access control panel via a
5-wire connection.
Several transmitter and receiver options can be set using the unit's dipswitches. Three different Wiegand output formats (26, 30, & 31-bit) are
supported. Three receiver options (lockout, hold, & button offset) can be set. Transmitter buttons on multi-button units can be selectively disabled. The
facility code is set using 16 dipswitches.
Three antenna types can be used with this receiver. The local whip antenna (supplied) screws directly on to the receiver. The directional (EXA-2000)
and omni-directional (EXA-1000) remote antennas attach to the receiver's antenna input via RG-59 cable and a type F connector.
An on-board RADIO RANGE knob allows adjustment of the receiver's gain. It can be set to limit the maximum radio range that the receiver can achieve.
Two indicators display the receivers performance and operation. The red RADIO indicator lights when the receiver detects a radio signal. The two
color red/green STATUS indicator lights green when the receiver is sending Wiegand data and during the 1-second post receiver lockout timer (if
receiver lockout is enabled). The indicator turns red when the receiver's HOLD input (connected to the access control panel) is active. Receiver test
points are provided for listening to the incoming signals with an audio amplifier.
The receiver is housed in a weather-resistant enclosure and can be mounted indoors or outdoors. Gaskets and a weather-tight wiring strain relief
seal the unit from the elements.

1-channel Block Coded Visor Transmitter Model Number: MT-1B
2-channel Block Coded Visor Transmitter Model Number: MT-2B
Model MT-1B 1-Channel Block Coded Visor Transmitter is designed for use with Linear's access control products. The Model MT-1B is a
single-channel device. Pressing the button on the transmitter will send a signal. A visor clip is included.
The transmitter is MegaCode format, which means each transmitter is factory preprogrammed with one of over 1,000,000 codes, virtually eliminating
the possibility of code duplication. Because the receiver "learns" each specific code, no unauthorized person can gain access to the system by
reprogramming a transmitter.
Block coded transmitters are factory programmed to a sequential series of transmitter ID codes. When used with a Linear access controller,
transmitters can be locally or remotely programmed into memory by entering the first and last codes of the block into the system. Facility codes can
be selected to further customize the system.

Exterior Wireless Keypad Model Number: MDKP
The MDKP wireless keypad can transmit a unique signal for each 1-6 digit PIN code entered. It has a built-in radio transmitter with a 250-foot range in
line-of-sight conditions. It generates a separate transmission code for each user selectable 1-6 digit PIN. Codes are learned by the access controller or
receiver, either the maximum number dependent upon the model used. For instance, if the controller is the AP-3, the MDKP can generate 338 unique
codes.
To operate the MDKP, a user simply enters a PIN followed by the # key, and the code is transmitted to the receiver for validation. Downlighting can be
turned on by pressing the # key twice; it remains on for 30 seconds or until a code is sent. Installation and set-up are simple. The MDKP can be mounted
on either a wall or a gooseneck. It is ready to use upon plugging in its 9 V lithium battery and programming of user codes.

Exterior Digital Keypad with Radio Receiver Model Number: AKR-1
The Model AKR-1 Exterior Digital Keypad with Radio Receiver is a digital keyless entry system designed for access control applications. The keypad is
housed in a rugged cast aluminum enclosure that can be mounted to a pedestal or bolted directly to a wall. The die-cast keys have bright, easy-to-read
yellow graphics.
Up to 480 entry codes, from 1 to 6 digits in length, can be programmed. They can activate either, or both, of the relay outputs.
Up to four sets of block coded MegaCode® transmitters (up to 480 transmitters total) can be used to gain access through the AKR-1’s built-in radio
receiver. Each transmitter can be individually suspended or re-activated. Four facility codes can be programmed to identify each block of transmitters. A
Radio Test Mode is provided for testing transmitters and detecting radio interference. Programming of individual (non-block coded) transmitters is not
supported by the AKR-1.
Linear’s Model MGT safety edge transmitter is compatible with the AKR-1. This supervised transmitter is used to detect and transmit obstacle events to
the AKR-1 receiver. Obstacle signals from an MGT transmitter will activate Relay #2.

Single-portal Access Controller Model Number: AP-4
The Model AP-4 Single-portal Access Controller is designed for a broad range of access control applications. Its wireless design and small size make it
easily adaptable
for a variety of access control requirements. Typically, the AP-4 is used to control a door strike, barrier gate, automatic gate or automatic door operator.
The AP-4 contains a high-gain UHF receiver which uses an external antenna to pick up signals from up to 250 feet away. Up to 480 Linear MegaCode®
transmitters and
one Model MGT safety edge transmitter can be programmed into the AP-4’s memory. The AP-4 will retain its memory, even without power.
Two dry contact relay outputs are provided. One relay is the ACCESS RELAY (K1), which triggers for two seconds each time a programmed transmitter
is activated.
This relay output connects to the pushbutton or radio input of the access device. The second relay is the OBSTACLE RELAY (K2), which triggers for two
seconds when an obstacle signal is sent from a Model MGT safety edge transmitter. This relay output connects to the obstacle input of the access
device. An OPEN REQUEST input
terminal is supplied for hardwired activation of the access device with an external pushbutton or keyswitch.

Residential Telephone Entry System Model Number: RE-1N
The Model RE-1 Residential Telephone Entry System is designed for residential or light commercial access control applications. The speakerphone,
keypad, radio receiver, and optional video camera are housed in a rugged enclosure that can be mounted to a pedestal or bolted directly to a wall. The
diecast keypad keys have bright, easy-to-read graphics and are lit with an overhead light. The two operation buttons; CALL and HELP, are machined for
heavy-duty reliability.
Arriving visitors will approach the unit and place a call to the residence by pressing the CALL button. The RE-1 will acquire the residence’s local
telephone line and generate distinctive rings to the house telephones. The resident, knowing that the distinctive ring is originating from the access area,
can answer any house telephone and converse with the visitor. If the resident decides to grant access to the visitor, they can activate either output relay
in the RE-1 by pressing a key on the telephone’s keypad. If the resident decides not to grant access, hanging up or pressing a key will disconnect the
visitor’s call.
If the resident is using the telephone at the time a visitor calls, the RE-1 will sound beeps on the telephone line to announce that a visitor is calling. The
resident can press a key on the telephone to place the outside caller on hold and communicate with the visitor. After granting or denying access to the
visitor, the outside caller will be re-connected to the resident.
