Electromechanical Operator For Swing Gates

SMART TECHNOLOGY
•The large anti-shearing arms allow installation on
columns with angles up to 125°.

SAFE USE
•Quick and easy manual release.
•Adjustable limit switches.
•Maximum recommended offset 12” (could go to 18”).
• 24V DC and 120V AC electromechanical operators for
residential use for gate up to 550Lbs and 10Ft.
• Incorporated electrical limit switches.
• Torque limiter from the Rigel 5 control panel.
• Adjustable slow-down on opening and closing.
• Opening up to 125 Degrees in 15 seconds.

JOINT: Provides an in dispersible automation system for
swing gates installed on particularly large pillars. The
drive arm with its special anti-shearing shape allows the
leaves to be moved when the controller is positioned
well away from their fulcrum. The irreversible
electromechanical reduction gear keeps the gate locked
in the closing and opening positions. The emergency
release mechanism is carried out by operating the
release lever of each controller, located inside the hatch
which is provided with a personalized key. Joint must be
combined with a control unit with a torque limiter such as
the Aries model control unit. The adjustable limit micro
switches and capacitor are connected to the motor.
GENERAL OUTLINE
This controller is suitable for residential use and has
been designed for swing gates with particularly large
gate posts. The drive arm, built with a special
anti-shearing shape, allows the leaves to be moved when
the controller is considerably out of place with respect to
the fulcrum of the leaves.
The non-reversible electro-mechanical gearmotor
maintains the stop during closing and opening. The
release lever, fitted in each controller and situated
inside the door fitted with personalised key, allows the
manual manoeuvre to be easily carried out
