| Description: Orion Rack for gates max weight 881 Pound, not-intensive use (40%) Powerful and safe The ORION is an irreversible single- phase motor-reducer of easy installation. The motor, the electronic control unit and gearbox are immersed in oil offering a durable system for the user. The Orion is equipped with a mechanical clutch and sensitive torque regulation. The built-in electronic control unit warranty the brake regulation and inversion during the closing cycle when it meets an obstacle. Inductive Limit Switch The operator is equipped with an inductive limit switch. This type of switch eliminates the use of moving parts and the associated problems that can occur. Manual Release In case of power failure: the unit can be mechanically released by an handle and the gate or door operated manually until power is restored. |
The Orion is suitable for automating gates weighing up to
400kg. A choice of operating logic’s can be selected on the
integral electronic control unit.
The Orion can be controlled by any combination of hand held
radio transmitters, key-switch, push button etc. It also has
inputs for ‘hold open safety devices’, photocells, ‘stop’ button
and safety edge device.
In the case of a power cut, an easy to use key accessed release
lever allows the gate to be put into manual operation until power
is restored.
Mechanical and electronic rotation sensing provide a double
system of anti-crush safety.
